Finance Change & Projects (9 month FTC)

The successful candidate will work as part of the Finance function for Brown Shipley and Quintet Group. This role reports to the UK CFO and delivers project management and change capabilities, with a primary focus on implementing process change aligned with the Target Operating Model. Additional accountabilities include supporting the CFO with Finance and Business projects and change delivery.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract
Key Accountabilities
• Process mapping of core month end Accounting and Regulatory Finance tasks
• Process review to assess areas of opportunity to implement changes which deliver more effective and efficient processes
• Using tools and techniques to automate processes
• Collaborating with Group Finance to determine areas of alignment on accounting and regulatory matters where applicable
• Delivery of ongoing and ad-hoc change programmes
• Supporting the development of Accounting and Regulatory Finance controls framework and policy embedding
Knowledge and Experience
Qualified Accountant
Proficient experience in Finance & Accounting
Knowledge of IFRS, experienced Financial controller within Financial Services background, experience in delivering change within the finance function, involvement in projects, managing and delivering change
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office products and experienced in change management.
Languages Skills
Fluent in English
