Senior Program Manager Real Estate

The successful candidate will work as part of the Group Real Estate function, he/she’s accountable for the execution of the group Real Estate strategy and the successful delivery of Real Estate projects across all locations (either coordinated with local teams or managed directly), in line with Real Estate group guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
Real Estate projects
- Deliver Real Estate projects derived from Quintet Real Estate Strategy across Europe within required constraints (cost, timing, scope and quality).
- Ensure alignment to Real Estate Group Guidelines (fit out, qualities, cost, sourcing,…) of the project(s) under his/her management.
- Manages relationship with preferred vendor (fit out, sourcing) and its local partners.
- Guarantees client satisfaction along the project life cycle.
- Manages and reports on budget, risks and key decisions across projects.
- Deliver project plan including milestones and key dependencies
- Establish project budget and monitor spent.
- Minimize the exposure and risk of the projects under his/her management by initiating needed risk analysis.
- Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with Quintet methodology to ensure the successful execution of engagements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a good business alignment of projects or programmes under his/her management.
- Ensure adherence to Quintet project governance structure
- Manage the selection process of external providers, the negotiation of contractual aspects when necessary and addresses and resolves billing issues.
Knowledge and Experience
- Master degree in business, economical or technological sciences
- Diploma in Program Management / Real Estate background is a plus
- 10 to 15 years of experience
- Perfect knowledge of tools and methodology of project management
- Experience in matrix environment
- Skilled in governance and organisation
- Good understanding of banking business
- Solid understanding of Real Estate business
- Experience in project management of large projects with proven ability to drive expected results
- Experience in multi-location organisations
