Thomas Klein, who joined Quintet in Luxembourg in 2020 as heads of its Asset Servicing business, was promoted to CEO of Quintet Luxembourg in 2023. In that capacity, he leads some 300 staff, including 50 client advisors, based in the Grand Duchy.
Klein, who has more than 20 years of experience in Luxembourg, is also Quintet’s Group Head of Asset Servicing. In that role, he leads a team responsible for developing the bank’s portfolio of institutional and private clients – including family offices, investment funds, corporates and private equity firms – requiring custody and execution services.
A German national, Klein studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance and the University of Trier. Prior to joining Quintet in 2020, he held the position of Head of Service Delivery, Asset Servicing, and was a member of the Executive Business Committee at UBS Luxembourg. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Risk Officer at UBS Luxembourg, with responsibilities spanning all European branches. He began his career as a private banker at Deutsche Bank, before moving into compliance at Hauck & Aufhäuser.

Elle a travaillé en tant que Directeur du département clientèle Française chez CA Indosuez Luxembourg de 1994 à 2006, puis elle quitte la banque pour lancer le Family Office d’un de ses grands clients entre Londres Paris et Luxembourg, avant de revenir en 2011 pour prendre la direction du département Clientèle France. En 2020, elle rejoint Quintet Private Bank Luxembourg en tant que Co-Head of Wealth Management et Global Market Head for France.
Luca Derlin, who joined Quintet Luxembourg in 2024, is Head of International Markets and member of the Luxembourg Management Committee.
Derlin started his career at McKinsey advising financial services firms. He worked for the last 20 years at Deutsche Bank in Luxembourg, London, Hong Kong and New York in roles spanning strategy, sales & performance management and business leadership across wealth management, investment banking/capital markets and portfolio management.
An Italian national who earned his MBA at INSEAD, Derlin served in Luxembourg since 2021 as Deutsche Bank’s Head of International Private Banking (IPB), where he managed the IPB business across coverage, product areas and operations, booking clients from Europe and beyond in the Grand Duchy.

Stéphane Ries is Head of Financial Intermediaries, Luxembourg, and member of the Luxembourg Management Committee.
He has more than 25 years of experience providing high-level services to professional and institutional clients such as insurance companies, investment and pension funds, banks and external asset managers.
Ries is a member of numerous professional associations in the Grand Duchy, including the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), Professional Association of Luxembourg Insurers and Reinsurers (ACA), Luxembourgish Institute of Administrators (ILA), Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA), Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency (LuxFlag) and the Luxembourg Real Estate Association (LuxReal). He holds several board positions in the financial services sector as well as at an NGO.

Ilario Attasi is Group Head of Investment Advisors and Head of Investment & Client Solutions, Luxembourg; he serves as a member of the Luxembourg Management Committee.
Attasi began his career at UBI Banca in Luxembourg after graduating in Economics and Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Italy. At UBI, he helped establish the asset management division for private investors. In 2006, he joined Quintet as a portfolio manager, rising to Chief Investment Officer, Luxembourg, and Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management.
Since then, he has been in charge of developing the equity analysis team; after successfully restructuring the firm’s approach to equity research, he was promoted to Group Head of Investment Research. After several years in that position, Attasi assumed a role with greater client contact and is now responsible for the group's client investment specialists and focuses on investment solutions.

Ole Jensby, who joined Quintet in 2019 as Head of Quintet Luxembourg’s Nordic Desk, was promoted to CEO, Nordics, and member of the Luxembourg Management Committee in 2021.
Earlier, Jensby was Head of Nordic UHNW at UBS Global Wealth Management in Luxembourg. A Danish national who holds degrees from Aarhus University and Copenhagen Business School, he began his career in 1994 at Nordea. Jensby then held a senior position at Jyske Bank before relocating in 2011 to Luxembourg as Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Henrik Wyrwik is Managing Director of Quintet Danmark, the firm’s Copenhagen branch, and a member of the Luxembourg Management Committee.
Wyrwik, who joined Quintet in 2020, earlier served as Head of UBS Wealth Management in Denmark, following nearly a decade of service at Nordea, where he rose to the position of Head of Private Banking – Strategy & Customer Acquisition. A graduate of Copenhagen Business School, Wyrwik began his career at Alfred Berg, the Nordic asset manager.

Pierre-Jean Frognet, who joined Quintet in 1997, is Head of Operations, Luxembourg, and member of the Luxembourg Management Committee since 2022.
A Belgian national who graduated with honors from the HEC Liège, Frognet began his career at Quintet a quarter-century ago as a business analyst, then led teams in areas such as Special Operations, Tax and the Income department. In 2012, he assumed responsibility for the Global Financial Markets Back Office, overseeing a wide range of critical activities. He then regularly evolved within the operations until he took up his position as Head of Operations in 2019.
